Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. We visit your property, discuss your requirements, and provide a detailed written estimate at no cost.
How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the season and project scope. We're often booked 3-6 weeks ahead for major renovations, but smaller jobs can sometimes be scheduled within days.
Can you work with my existing architect or designer?
Absolutely. We collaborate with architects, designers, and other tradespeople regularly. Coordination is part of what we do.
What if I need to change the project scope mid-way?
We discuss any changes before implementing them and provide updated quotes. Nothing changes without your approval.
Do you handle planning permissions?
We can guide you through what's required and recommend planning consultants if needed, but we don't submit applications ourselves.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Yes. During our initial consultation, we bring a portfolio of completed projects similar to what you're considering.
